YOU Can Be A DE GOP Delegate - Here's How!

Hello Mighty 38th District Republicans, are you interested in helping to shape the future of the Delaware Republican Party? We have an important opportunity for you! Please mark your calendars and save the date for Saturday, June 7, for the Delaware Republican Party Convention. The location of the Convention changes each year, and while it was held in Rehoboth Beach two years ago, this June, the DE GOP State Convention will take place at the Chase Center at the Riverfront in Wilmington. This is a wonderful venue and truly embodies the promising future of the Republican Party that can be realized here in Delaware. Just as the DE GOP sent a group of delegates to Milwaukee last year to vote for Donald J. Trump as the Republican-endorsed candidate for president, we need members from the Mighty 38th to serve officially as State Delegates at our Delaware Republican Convention.
Deadline to Apply for DE GOP Delegate
The deadline to apply to be a delegate is this Friday, April 11, so we can submit our Delegate list at the next Sussex Republican Region meeting on Monday, April 14.
Please email info@38thdrcp.com if you can be a Delegate for Saturday June 7, 2025.
At this 2025 Organization Convention, we will hold elections for the Republican Party State Chair, among other matters. Our current Chair, Julianne Murray, is seeking re-election and is being challenged by Senator Dave Lawson. YOUR votes shape OUR party's future, so please take part in this process. We will also be electing a Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. If you are interested in running for any of these positions, please reach out to Paula Ireton at pireton@delawaregop.com.
Also, there WILL be a special guest speaker, of NATIONAL renown, so stay tuned!
Sussex Republican Committee Region Meeting and RDC Elections.
Please plan to attend the next Sussex Republican Committee Region meeting on Monday April 14th, 6:30pm, at the Millsboro Fire Hall. We will be hearing from Representative District Chairs (RDCs) who will be running for election of their respective Representative Districts (RD). Elections are what keeps our party vibrant, so please come to observe and participate! We will celebrate at Grotto's Millsboro following.

Please plan to attend our 38th District Republican Club meeting on Monday, April 28th, at the South Coastal Library, located at 43 Kent Ave, Bethany Beach, starting at 6:30pm.
